On July 25, 2022, Kunes Ford of East Moline was featured in a news segment on the local station, WQAD channel 8, in a story about our group’s effort to give back to the community.
After learning that many local food pantries have seen an increase of families in need, we knew that we had to do something to help. Our Ford dealership in East Moline packed and boxed 576 bags of non-perishable meals to be donated to River Bend Food Bank.
Our sales representative, Peter Lohmann, said it best, “If you really look at it, the community of one, that’s what it’s about. We’re about helping other people.”
